In loving memory of our little princess Kelsey Smart born 10.08.2006 passed away peacefully Tuesday 28.02.2012 at the Bristol Children's Hospital after being diagnosed Monday 27.02.2012 with meningitis B. Always in our hearts and thought, mum, dad, brothers Simon, Bradley and Jayden. Kelsey was such a loving, caring and happy little girl, who bought happiness and joy to all who had the privilege of meeting her, she will truly be missed by all. Hannah and Jamie would like to thank all their family and friends for their support and kindness over these difficult times. A special thanks to Kelsey's classmates , teachers, Jayden's playgroup and St Stephens Church, Soundwell. Hannah and Jamie would like to offer everyone the opportunity to light a candle for Kelsey and welcome any fundraising done for Meningitis UK in her name to help bring forward a vaccine to protect future children.
